Frequently asked questions
My card is about to expire, what should I do?
Book before the expiry date, even if your visit is a little later: what counts is the date you book, not the date you come. Write to us if the deadline has already passed and we will find a solution.
Can I bring more people than planned?
Yes. Just tell us the actual number of guests: the card covers the people it was bought for, and any additional guests settle their own consumption on site.
What if it rains on the day?
The Perching Bar is covered and heated during the cold season. Should a weather warning make access unsafe, we will contact you to move your visit at no extra cost.
